There's 2 or 3 big instos buying up big. My guess is to position themselves for a) special divvy from Wivenhoe; b) successful transition off the old balance sheet-dependent model; c) re-rating in SP once transition shows it's benefits.
Personally, I was already loaded up from the years ago - and while disappointed in the current SP, I'm topping up while I can.
