Clarky, there is nothing yet to indicate that Emerge are involved in a scam with Crowd 1. Are you saying that the company and board have not done their due diligence? What do you base this on? The penalties for not exercising their fiduciary duties are significant. Are you suggesting that Emerge is hiding something? Have you done your research on all fronts or just a google search on Crowd 1. I really value all opinions because it helps me make decisions but you are not really adding value to the forum at this stage.
