I don't know why you're so worked up. Relax a little, it's weekend.
Any software architecture when ported from one to the other is bound to have bugs.
And just converting any open source CNN to this answers none of my query. You can see the difference when it is presented with tests results compared with other chips just like how NVIDIA and Intel presents. When I read those reports, I don't have to pretend that I'm genius and convert some open source data you can download off the internet and be content about it not knowing how it is actually work in the device.
All it will show is accuracy of conversion and even then, that accuracy is determined by BRN's in-house software tool that has not been peer reviewed.
