I think this is it;

"Lastly, the establishment of Telstra InfraCo where we have made excellent progress with the establishment of our internal InfraCo structure.This means that we will now be able to provide transparency over the different asset classes in our infrastructure business, and from the end of this financial year be ready to consider monetizing some or all of these assets if this creates appropriate value for shareholders. In the event of any eventual privatisation of the nbn this may include the opportunity for Telstra to work with government on solutions for the nbn that might provide increased value for Telstra shareholders, the government and the community."

And later;

"We will provide a further update on our planned next steps for Telstra InfraCo at our Investor Day in November. This will include a deep dive into the opportunities for increased operational efficiency and increased value generation as well as the next steps towards potential monetisation."

So not 'monetized' until next financial year, and only if it creates value for shareholders.
From elsewhere it has a book value of $11b, so i would think to provide value for shareholders it needs to get a premium above that book value, as it potentially opens up new competitive risks.
So i think it would have to be minimum of $15b+ to be privatized, which is an EV/EBITDA of 5.3x (on $2.8b EBITDA), but $20b would be fairer.

In any case, November 11th is Investor day (12 trading days), thats the next timeline for a change in share price trend i suspect.
