I agree @Salubrious at 2-3c there is very little priced in.
Question is what, when and to what extent will the company do something.
Evidently the original idea hasn't gained the traction expected. The consulting and other revenue is good to keep the lights on. That alone won't turn this back into a 20c stock.
With such a clean cap structure, the right plan and execution, it could definitely change course quickly though.
