Hoges I read into cb's comment about ' "good" authority ' that he was alluding to ctindale and his constant conviction that Amayapampa banking feasibility study (done a couple of years ago) indicated that it was going to take an investment of $40 million and therefore that was beyond the realms of possibility for RAU to raise that sort of backing.

I may be wrong but that is how I interpreted his comment.
Not sure if he was accepting what ctindale (if it was him that he was intending) pronounced or whether he was making the comment about the "good" authority with a fairly big tongue in his cheek.
