Nonsense on both counts. Deep offshore tails are in fact the safest and most enviro friendly method in high rainfall (6m year!) coastal regions. It is in fact the norm in the Asian pacific region.
On Sprott finance costs, yes its a fair return for risk. If the equity markets were kinder the debt wouldn't be as pivotal.
