Puzzling with RIO, here in WA they have placed projects on hold, sacked staff due to finanical crisis,are resulting in a capital raising bad debts.
Yet today on Kitco site RIO has confirmed they are fully committed in spending 2billion on a nickel plant in Indonesia.
