Dr Julian Fowles on paper has the experience that is required. I am not up to speed with last appointment with Far. But as it was at the tail end of the saga Im sure he wished for a better outcome there. He is on board with KAR now so he can shine in a new environment and prove his metal.
Im sure he was vetted well enough to land him the job. His connection with peter is a good sign and has been part of some good out comes in the past. Again local Knowledge goes a long way esp in Brazil. Wish him well going forward.
