They seem like very anti banks not sure bout confidence levels re fri, but did reiterate that they are aloso working on a way out if bid falls through by either FIRB or financing. Minmetals originally wanted 50.1% but issues with financing made them bid for OZL

GG has 2 serious bids and MU has 3 and the amount will be $400Aus for both give/take small amount.
