agm or no agm?

The last official announcement from the clowns in charge of MSO, the Annual Accounts, included the announcement of the AGM to be held this Friday. Nothing since, and we were never told the time nor place - why the mystery? Surely they wouldn't even consider having a 'private' AGM to avoid being accountable to the long suffering shareholders. I know of several shareholders who have long lists of questions for the dynamic duo including:
Status of out IP?
Current financial position - are we solvent?
Why the secrecy regarding the WA miners that want to 'buy' the company?
What is the income deal from Video Ezy by utilizing MSO patent in it's machine?
What director related transactions have taken place with this current board, it's immediate predecessors & MSO?
What became of all the boasted about deal with Australia Post?
Why did the company stay under a DOCA way way longer (more than 6 months longer) than the Administrator advised shareholders/creditors would be the case?
Why is the board made up of only 2 directors - doesn't the companies articles state their must be more than two (that has been stated in the past)?
