    "delays on the annoucement do u take that as a good or a bad sign"

    In my experience, 9 times out of 10, delaying financial reports is a bad sign.

    I dunno why dealings with McCabe etc should delay the financial reporting as any proposed deal would falls in the new/current reporting period...
