I think what ADH are really saying is that our numbers are so good its embarrasing and we can not release them....driven by people in their homes paying full price (not the marked down price from the mark-up - hence the 600bps increase in GP%), no rental costs on stores closed + job keeper + Mokka....this is clearly not sustainable, BUT their store base is well positioned for returning shopping mall traffic in Melbourne.
