Sorry abit of my off-topic musings among excitements here..

I always take the closing price (around A$0.051) as the last price when "G Medical seeks delisting to pursue Q4 NASDAQ listing" was announced on the day of 13/08/2020. The SP traded after that ann was irrelevant considering no further Nasdaq Prospectus information were available at the time.

Going from some 5c AUD to a successfully (if) IPOed 46c (US$6 equivalent) (an 8 bagger) will be seen (by some i believe) as going back to its normal (company) valuation based on the new revenues and the latest developments plus new potentials in the line after 3+ long struggling years as a startup. So it's NOT something that is impossible or a windfall (to long termers). There are quite some ASX companies (e.g. in mining industry) that were IPOed successfully (above 20c or even higher in the beginning) but then for various reasons you name it slowly drained to as low as a few cents or even lower in a year or two. But some did manage to come back (those with strong management, skills, good timing and of course with a bit of luck) from a few cents back to its IPO price or all-time-high (5 to 10 bags etc. if counting from the lows to the original IPO price), so coming-back is POSSIBLE! If successfully listed this Friday, GMV will also become one of the great comeback stories in ASX and surely an astonishing achievement for G Medical and its team!

What's wild? Is after a successful IPO, GMV can use its received proceeds wisely/effectively on several frontiers (maybe more acquisition(s)?) as indicated as big potentials in the line to push for more future revenue/company growth, and the company achieves a revenue to a totally new level of US$100m mark in a few years time, then Ricky and Glyco's bold SP target of US$40 might CAN actually be achieved!

Not a easy journey at all for sure, but nearly there! Best of luck to ALL!
