look for something out of left field. Tesla is looking to go end to end and take all the profit from the supply chain from mining to cars. conceptually this is brilliant in practice let's see what happens. If this works how Elon is trying to set it up Tesla competitors are going to be in trouble. I'd be surprised if one of the big car manufacturers don't follow suit. VW are spending bucket loads on electrification it would be worth their while to also take the profits out of the supply chain. GM Ford Toyota amongst others are big enough to make a killing with this idea
