OK, enough of the theatrics. I'll bite just this once but only if you promise to let up on the SOR. Apart from underpinning the 2FASOC, ASX must be regretting that that sorry document has ever seen the light of day.

Dealing with each paragraph above seriatim:

1. Incorrect. It has at least twice. See the Court file available online;
2. Correct, but within reason and at the Court's discretion if not consented to;
3. See 1. You may recall there was a full day Motion hearing before Davies J several months back where ISX were successful;
4. ASX will be given time to file an amended Defence but that will not impede the preparation for trial.
