I must admit I am not sure what Visa was trying to say. Was it AML or something to do with risk (whatever that means). It is certainly not clear that it was AML. If VISA was concerned with AML, why haven't contracts with CBA and Westpac been terminated. There is something odd about Visa's decision.
There does not appear to be any AML problems with iSignthis, so what is the risk that VISA is mentioning ?
Therefore, in accordance with the Visa Rules, and to safeguardVisa’s global payment system from the excessive level of risk presented by the IsignThis relationship,Visa has decided to terminate its relationship with IsignThis in Europe and Australia. IsignThis is introducing excessive risk into theVisa payment system and is not operating in sound and safe manner.
