No, he's right... it is announced after expiry in most cases (at least that I have seen).
See DDD as one example.... options expired 17/12/19.... market notified of 'replacement' options 21/2/20...
I'm guessing option holders will be contacting PO to "look into" replacement options.... given COVID has devastated international business and seriously delayed NORs pilots, telco vendor partnerships and Spark roll out/contract negotiations... I think a 6 to 12 month extension is justified and fair.... I see new options at a 1 for 1 basis for a nominal amount of $.001 a serious possibility...
Can P "the money man" O pull another Christmas miracle from 'neath his hat.... God knows, we need a hero in these uncertain times...
The other thing to consider is -- maybe PO doesn't want options exercised - a curious thing to forget announcing $'s attached to downloads... a curious thing to not release the much hyped "cash neutral" quarterly before expiry... the trading activity in the last few weeks and oppies stacked at $.001-- it's almost like some are expecting lift off after the 31st...
Curious to see how this plays out...
