To be fair though the Visa Europe partnership agreement was in the same announcement as the MasterCard agreement and other positive information about GPTV growth. Company has stated that they don't consider losing visa partnership to be material which makes all other the other information irrelivent, and besides, who is going to be able to prove otherwise? Companies are always playing down bad news or trying to put a positive spin on it. I'm not saying their disclosure in this instance is perfect, but ASX reaction has been completely out of proportion and likely motivated more by the federal court action then any sense of duty to the market.
