    Own both AJM and PLS and don't want to see PLS take this thing on with the punishing debt, am hoping PLS can secure some or all of the AJM off takes and experience a SP resurgence, this scenario will at least lessen the pain somewhat. Such a shame in this ultra low interest environment that refinance could not be achieved.
