    Finally there is an announcement that outlines a serious plan to move the ELK onwards and upwards. This gives some clarity to shareholders of possible timing of events and some definite hope along with it.
    Makes for a nice change and might encourage those thinking of selling to hang in there, which in turn may support the fledgling share price
