just been looking at the chart and calculated dividend going forward. a 25% reduction in dividend is about $1.02 per year fully franked. In 2004 ANZ paid $1.01 ff for the full year. The shareprice spent most of the year up around $18 - $19 and that was in a much higher interest environment then we are in now.
Goes to show how oversold ANZ imo.
