Gees Hingdog it's a bit rich to say I don't have balance, If I have a bias it's towards those that have the genuine best interests of those that rely on them, at heart. I would say there are several posters that can't see the Morrison effect and how toxic it's been. When you can admit that Morrison's M.O. is a big problem, I may see you as having a balanced perspective.
Your points on large gatherings not being a good idea is not disputed, but you'd would have to wonder how having to work with our Federal Government and P.M. Morrison in particular made the States all decide to go their own way. Again the Morrison effect at work. Very sad to see who we have as a P.M. during these testing times.
So maybe you need to take a closer look at your own bias and understand how that effects your own perceptions.
Stay safe and good luck to you.
