    re: Ann: Delivers record proft - Normalised N... I saw that and wondered why they just didn't just start by snipping off the 32.5 bid on a day of record profit announcement and other positive news.

    Desperation can't be discounted although, if you are a large net-accumulator, treading so effectively on the price at the jump can be a pretty good technique in such a skittish market. Perhaps volume in the next couple of weeks will tell a tale?
