10% fat is hard to keep to...

Sounds like you are doing a good job aging well.

I remember a few years ago seeing a program on tv (might have been on 60 minutes). A clinic in the US was offering to treat ageing men and women with additives such as DHEA, with the target of keeping their hormone levels at those of younger people.

They had a few people who were taking the treatment including one 70(I think) year old man who looked as if he was in his 50's and was doing just about every type of sport you could imagine, and of course had just got a new girl-friend who also seemed to be overjoyed.

Of course it was a fairly light news piece, so there was not much serious analysis, but what was interesting, was that the guy in his 70's had been on the treatment for 10 years, and recovered a lot of his vitality during that time. When asked if he was worried about any side effects, he was quick to say that the life he had had during the last 10 years (that he attributed to teh teratment) was worth any side effects (he didnt seem to have had any side effects by the way).

I thought it interesting, and there must be by now quite a number of long term studies into the effects, and side effects of these type of treatments.
