    WTF, isn’t Fry overpaid as it is and now they want to issue 16m options to him as an incentive!!!! This is taking the piss!

    Resolution 5 - This Resolution seeks Shareholder approval so that the Company may issue Options as an incentive to Bill Fry, the Managing Director of the Company.

    i will be voting against this resolution as I dont understand why an incentive needs to be given when he is paid big bucks as it is!!
