Remember these words, because they are THE most important words that have been spoken about BTV, and their likely actions, in some time.

"It is too early in the cycle".

So when projects were being looked at, in the September qtr report, 2007, and the index was over 6000 points, it was "too early in the cycle".

The index is now under 3300, and it is "too early in the cycle".

The market drops by over 50%, and bargains still cannot be found.

Perhaps all expenditure needs to be put on "care and maintenance" until such time that this cycle gets around to the place where it IS time.

Or is this alleged cycle a GEOLOGICAL cycle?

Because things are moving at GLACIAL speed.
