    He actually said early MAY lol. Then in june it was a "logistical" issue with the "paperwork" lol. Infact if you look back to 2018, he flagged early 2019 start construction. Not the 1st miss for charrabe though. He has a very long line of "missed" forecasts. SQ has been starting next quarter since 2017. Nirobox bulk orders since 2018. Also said at least 2 china sps bulk agreements per year last year. I think he meant to say 2 MABR plants sold per year. Zero credibility left.
