I was at Myer shopping a few weeks back, twice. Both times, they don't have stock (kitchen appliances) that are listed on the Website, and I needed them straight away so had to buy from JB at the next door.
Most other retailers are experiencing increases sales this year but not Myer, which I have to admit, is fairly disappointing.
I invested in Myer because I felt the new CEO John King seems to have some leadership and I liked his move of getting rid of the old management group, who are clearly dinosaurs in retail. But I wonder if he miss managed this COVID situation and failed to grasp the opportunity.
COVID impact will be gone and forgotten eventually. Like to hear views if Myer has turned the corner under John King.
