Um...the creditors meeting was held on 30 June where they agreed to enter into a deed of company arrangement.

The update at https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/ann-circular-to-shareholders.5539583/ indicated the DOCA was entered into on 4 August. I haven't read the final agreement, but the draft considered at the creditors meeting provided that there are four months to obtain shareholder approval to the consolidation and issue of additional shares, such period as may be extended on application by Laika. Nobody should expect anything to happen today.
