How do you justify Fry’s pay at the moment and on top that offering him 16m options as incentive is just not justifiable in my books. There are plenty of ASX listed directors I can name who earn less than Fry and they are not ‘monkeys’ running the companies!
As I have mentioned before that Fry has always been overpaid IMO for a company that is in speculative stage. Anyway how you vote is your choice but I know what I will be voting which will be a big fat NO to renumeration and the 16m options!
