Would someone be so kind as to explain what "Offer Amount" refers to?
[My instinct was to divide $40,250,000 by 5,000,000 (the # of shares being offered) -- which equals $8.05/share -- but this didn't seem correct ... since the hoped-for/expected price is listed at $5-7]
