I have been a bit worried about the potential litigation against MT, but after reading the following in the Annual Report, MT clearly think its a nothing.
Significant events after the balance date.
"The Directors are not aware of any matter or circumstance that has arisen since the end of the FY that, in their opinion, has significantly affected, the group's operations,results or state of affairs, or may do so in future years.''
Seems like the stock will just grind higher in the coming year!
