The Board are responsible for the setting of wage rates, in the interests of attracting the very best people to progress the future of our investments.
I am more than happy to see our management and all our employees earn the countries top rates.
Our founders and prime wealth drivers deserve what they earn and it is our responsibility as share holders to pull them up if we think they overstep the mark.
I would have liked to see profits proceed rewards, however we don't know what is in the growing pipeline do we.
I still believe in DUB and have faith in our management. Up until now they have done a great job.
