lol mate i already received that divy of 0.045, went ex last december
then again i bought the shares avrg of 0.72 that time... some 13% (0.09) return in annual basis...
they reserve the earnings, 40 mill to fund additional buyback of 50 mill... voting is due soon...
i know they braved on writing down 120 mill in goodwill, 90 mill in ACM and that caused the s/p getting hammered... they would happen sooner or later anyway with ACM bought at high premium... but what i see now is that when the buyback recommence, the board would be able to accumulate shares at current low price and this would benefit me as a long term holder...
and lastly, i continue to believe that MSCM will continue to do well now and future...
