This options to directors plan looks very positive. I will vote YES to it. Its exercise price will be at 45% premium to the 5-day VWAP post an issue date which is 2nd December 2020 according to the announcement. It shows the directors and managements (we call them insiders) are very confident that the TAR's price will be much higher than this 45% premium to the 5-day VWAP post the 2nd of December 2020. Otherwise, these 20,000,000 options won't be exercised at all.
