5 days for a small cap and they can come up with a dubious announcement (like the one we had) that smash the share price prior.
Then show "support" by exercising the options.
That should be at least 15day VMAP if not 30dayVMAP.
50 million options...it is basically approving the directors to have over 10% of the shares on issue. Nothing to see here.
I understand everyone want to support the story but management cannot get a free pass.
I am going to vote NO and show we are watching it.
