Personally I do not think they had one.

Maybe it was security for themselves. If that was the over riding motivation they should not be listed as a public company accessing shareholders funds.

Why not say 10 years ago we will build a war chest of cash and use these funds along with a CR to create a business model using acquisitions and collaborations and then control their own destiny.

All they have done is shuffle the deck chairs and hang onto the coat tails of NetSuite as a distributor along with a numerous other agents in Australia. The cash - well for the most part it has just sat there.

Where is the innovation in that effort.

The company was in the same situation re revenue and cash a decade ago and just keeps regurgitating a listing that has people walking in and out the door with a fat wallet to be replaced by the next operator.

Are the investors of any interest to this mob.

AGM - what a for gone conclusion of a rubber stamp - lip service.
