It's only a dead duck if Noble don't provide any further working cap to keep the lights on whilst they sort. I'm sure Noble and PIC can fund $50M each being the shortfall.
If they can't do the full "gorilla" they'll kick in some and tap shareholders for the rest. We'll obviously "stump up" as alternative is flatline.
