How do you mean, the same horizon? If you are asking if the numbers are favourable, the answer is a very strong yes.
A major impediment for CSG extraction is permeability. We have extremely favourable permeability so that's the largest tick for me. Also gas content per tonne is high, so the Gas In Place calculations should prove quite high per land area, as we also happen to have large volumes of coal, extremely large.
Two other rather important aspects are saturation, water content and gas composition. The company has stated the coals are fully saturated, gas content is >80% methane and the resource water content very low. It's up to geologists now to determine the flow characteristics of the seams and the required dewatering to encourage flow and control well pressures. I feel personally that Mr Kellerman is as experienced and professional as you could possibly find for designing such an extraction strategy with a large professional network. We have an extremely good potential resource that will require minimal intervention.
Not every single well will be perfect, as NY says, but that's always the case. That's deffinitely not a deterring comment but rather an honest one for weaker shareholders to contemplate and relax on. Even for optionholders to excersise on as some will be shaking and hovering over the convert button based on individual resukts as we jog along.
