Pricing structure looks sharp and shouldnt be a barrier for entry. For instance at the small scale, say a family practice, they could get started with $1000 install + $2000 device cost (20 devices at $100), and then can offer a market differentiating service to their clients.
The HeraBeat device at indicated price is a just dangling a carrot to get customers into the high margin SAAS platform. Using mid point monthly SAAS price ($60), revenue per 1000 patients is $360k if assuming enrollment of 6 month term (week 12 to full term).

i also note they are not setting a very high bar for the near term expectations, i.e 1-2 paid pilot trials (proof of concept/value) to end CY20, and a further 3-5 In H1 CY21 and 2 commercial installations (i read that as Mayo + Joondalup). Good to be reminded that this is still a slow burn and a very speculative investment.

On page 15 i see reference to trials with high risk patients in 'Horizon 3', and soultion commercialisation in 'Horizon 4'. i mentioned on another thread i believed this was the 'additional use cases' in the Joondalup result announcements. Lastly it looks like direct to customer (D2C) are still on the cards, with further marketing efforts earmarked for 'Horizon 3'. Personally i would preffer this was off the cards as financial success is contingent on delivering into health care providers and all efforts should be directed as such.
