As anyone involved in running an ASX-listed company, or who lives on Planet Earth, would know, there's a process for an ASX-listed company to notify the market of information. Sending a letter to shareholders, isn't it.

What I would expect the BOD to do, is use that process to notify the ASX of the suspension by Visa - on March 6, when they got the letter from Visa. Then in April, when they were notified by Visa that the agreement was terminated, they would notify the ASX again. When ASX queried them on the failure to notify, they would say, "Gosh, we thought that was not material, but here are the details, sorry if we stuffed up."

Instead, they ignore the basis of the ASX concerns, dismiss the ASX questions as impertinent, and STILL have not acknowledged that Visa has terminated the agreement.
