G'day,
Who are they? I'm not sure but I hope the ASX did their probity checks on them because if they didn't, someone else will and they'll no doubt raise plenty of the usual issues, i.e. competence, track record, corporate integrity, capacity, arms-length transactions, etc. These mystery companies that land mega-contracts are always a concern. Complete transparency is paramount from who researched them, to who drafted the deal, right up to who signed off on it, and when.
On another note, the renowned prolific poster raised some questions earlier re: AML requirements. Attached is a recent judgment (freely available) also involving a renowned party (I'll let you spot them) that addressed AML breaches. People can draw their own conclusions going to an array of issues including (but not limited to) parity regarding suspension.
Cheers.
