From what I've read, for wheat, the supply situation is very mixed and 'all eyes are on Australia' as Argentina has been in drought, Europe no better and some other areas only fair. Russia, apparently normally a major exporter, has also had a lack of rain and may need to even more prioritise its domestic supply requirements.
