I'm not against a CR once the price gets a bit higher. A CR with institutional investment once the market cap goes over $100m is smart imo. It's great to be cashed up and it will put a really solid support in place around current prices (depending on the discount offered of course).

I would expect a raise if we start seeing a consistent flow of positive news (I'm talking about an announcement every couple of days). It's pretty common practice to pump the VWAP prior to a raise. We're not seeing anything like this yet so in my opinion no raise on the cards yet.
