yes you are correct. I did hold ISX for some time but bailed aggressively once the performance targets were magically met on a pro rata basis, and then revenus plummeted in following months. To be honest that stunk, and when something stinks I no longer go near it.
It seems you failed to heed the blaringly obvious red flags and remain with an iliquid investment which in all likelyhood will remain iliquid or worthless. I know who is sitting happier today.
