Can someone check my figures please, current ordinary shares are 286 million, oversubscribed to the value of approximately $4,250,000 at 6 cents/share,that equates to just over 70 million shares which is under the 30% threshold but still a 20% dilution that's gunna hurt big time if they swallow the lot.
