They normally spen around 600 billion dollars per year on expansion of the oil industry.
This would have shrunk.
Weak companies gone.
Strong like CVN still here with money in the bank.
The word becomes exuberant.
And a big catch up has to happen.
You can't just turn back on companies over night.
Scott Morrison pushing for a gas led recovery.
Woodside hopefully come drill in Outrim . plus I wrote to them about Outrim.
