The Chairman's responses may have been affected a bit by him possibly being in a rural Tasmanian location as once or twice he cut out, but I got the overall impression that he just was not particularly well informed compared to the MD Mr Ryan, who seemed to be beautifully across a huge range of questions that were submitted by shareholders.

You'd have thought the CFO, a lady named Monika Maedler, could have chimed in with an answer to this 'EBIT' question but she didn't.

Whoever that shareholder was also asked a longer question but I didn't understand it (or write it down), not being an accountant. You may be able to listen to the AGM proceedings: it'll be pretty close to the end of the meeting.
