One other quick point is that COL doesn't seem to stock TGR products, but competitor's.
This doesn't overly concern me, because salmon is an upmarket product to me and while I religiously shop at WOW, because I perceive it superior to COL in most ways including range, price, service and general atmosphere (and sometimes go to IGA as it has different ranges and excellent service), my perception of COL as a Victorian is that even when COL renovates its stores, it seems to attract a somewhat lower socioeconomic group than WOW.
I prefer TGR to be prominently displayed in WOW stores, as its lines are, than be relegated in both COL and WOW stores to a less visible or poorly situated area.
